It is very common for domes to have physical damage to the PVC airform from things like:
• UV damage that causes splits in the PVC
• Hail
• Dropping tools from catwalks
• Using welders or cutting torches without a welding blanket
• Running into the sides with a forklift
Repairing these issues is critical to the overall integrity of your dome. As you can see from the picture to the right, our repairs are not only watertight, but they make your dome look good as well.

We’ve found that regular inspections are critical to staying on top of the needs of your dome. If moisture intrusion is suspected, we can perform an infrared scan to know the extent of the problem. When smaller issues are found early, they can be fixed and prevent much more serious issues in the future.
With our experienced manpower, we can quickly respond to any of your emergency repair needs— from hailstorms, lightning strikes, fires or failures of the airform.
It’s common to have punctures in domes from dropped tools, forklifts, and more. We have many options for repairing punctures. It’s vital that these are repaired quickly to stop moisture from entering the foam insulation under the airform.
We have the ability to clean your dome with our low pressure soft wash process that thoroughly cleans with no damage to the airform.
As the PVC airform ages, applying a coating to the exterior is a great way to stop the aging process and extend the life of the airform.
For domes that are in extreme disrepair, we can rebuild the exterior to bring the dome back to full use — watertight and looking great.
